National Science & Creativity Program is a nation-wide program for young minds to showcase and enhance their creative talents and abilities. It is aimed to promote innovation & creativity among the school students of India. NSCP is one of its kind. It will help to measure the exact skills which students need to develop to grow intellectually. With the increased number of accidents and lack of awareness among students regarding the traffic rules, the theme of the program has been set as road safety. Know more

Mode : Offline (OMR based examination)
Result : 8th October, 2020 or later

Top 5% participants from each school will qualify for Round 2.*

Round 2


Dates : Third Week Of October
Venue : Respective Schools
Mode : Online
Result : 30th October, 2020

Top 20 participants from each level will qualify for Round 3.*

Round 3


Date : 20th December
Venue : IIT Delhi or IIT Gandhinagar (Tentative)
Mode : : Hands-On Round

Guidelines and Rules For Schools and Students

  • Students from Class 5 to 12 can participate.
  • Medium of the test will be English/Hindi/Bengali/Telugu.
  • There are four levels: Level 1 (Class 5 and 6), Level 2 (Class 7 and 8 ) , Level 3 ( Class 9 and 10) and Level 4 ( Class 11 and 12)
  • Minimum number of students required from a school to participate is 50 across all standards (5-12).
  • Round 2 will be an online exam which will also be given in the respective school/common centre in the city.
  • Round 3 will be an interactive event where students will be required to perform various tasks and demonstrate their creativity in teams.
  • Any school/student involving in any kind of unfair means while taking part in the exam would be barred and strict action would be taken against the student/ school.
